Tóm tắt

Tính tự chủ là một trạng thái cấu trúc và chức năng đặc biệt của một phôi, thể hiện khả năng tự điều chỉnh và độc lập khỏi các mô lân cận. Tính tự chủ hoàn toàn là khả năng thực hiện quá trình phát triển phôi bình thường bên ngoài cơ thể mẹ. Trong bối cảnh này, tính tự chủ tương đối là rất đáng quan tâm. Đây là một trong những giai đoạn quan trọng của sự phát triển phôi, khi một phôi chưa trưởng thành trở nên độc lập khỏi một số yếu tố sinh lý, đặc biệt là hormone (chủ yếu là auxin, cytokinin và ABA) của cơ thể mẹ. Bài tổng quan này khảo sát các dữ liệu văn học và dữ liệu gốc của tác giả về hiện tượng này thông qua ví dụ về cây ngũ cốc so với các họ thực vật ra hoa khác. Việc xác định tính tự chủ phôi tương đối như một giai đoạn quan trọng trong văn hóa phôi in vitro, cùng với trạng thái hình thái, mô học và sinh lý của các phôi tương đối tự chủ, được xem xét. Triển vọng giải quyết các vấn đề cơ bản của tính tự chủ trong sự phát triển phôi của thực vật và ứng dụng công nghệ sinh học của nó được thảo luận.
