Pin nhiên liệu là một loại pin sử dụng nhiên liệu (thường là hidro) để tạo ra nguồn điện. Nó khác với pin truyền thống sử dụng hoá chất hoặc kim loại để tạo điện. Pin nhiên liệu thường có hiệu suất cao hơn, thời gian sử dụng dài hơn và dễ dàng tái nạp nhiên liệu.
Pin nhiên liệu là một thiết bị chuyển đổi năng lượng hóa học thành điện năng. Nó bao gồm một nguyên tắc hoạt động tương tự như pin truyền thống, nhưng khác biệt ở điểm là pin nhiên liệu sử dụng nhiên liệu dạng lỏng hoặc khí như hidro, metan, etanol hoặc khí tụ ngư.
Nguyên lý hoạt động của pin nhiên liệu là thông qua quá trình oxi hóa của nhiên liệu. Trong một cel pin nhiên liệu cơ bản, nhiên liệu (ví dụ: hidro) được cung cấp từ một nguồn bên ngoài ví dụ như bình áp suất hoặc bình điện phân.
Ở bên trong pin, hidro sẽ được phản ứng với oxi từ không khí. Trong quá trình này, hidro được oxi hóa để tạo ra điện tích dương và các electron tự do. Các electron tự do chuyển qua một mạch điện ngoại vi, tạo ra dòng điện liên tục trong suốt quá trình phản ứng. Trong khi đó, điện tích dương của hidro được chuyển đến một điện cực khác, giúp duy trì quá trình oxi hóa.
Lợi ích của pin nhiên liệu bao gồm:
1. Hiệu suất cao: Pin nhiên liệu có hiệu suất cao hơn so với pin truyền thống, do quá trình oxi hóa nhiên liệu trực tiếp tạo ra điện năng, không qua các phản ứng hoá học phụ thuộc vào cấu trúc tinh thể như pin kiềm hoặc pin axit.
2. Thời gian sử dụng dài: Với pin kiềm truyền thống, việc sạc lại có thể gây mất điện dung sau một thời gian. Trong khi đó, pin nhiên liệu có thể tiếp tục cung cấp điện năng liên tục trên cả thời gian dài, miễn là nhiên liệu còn.
3. Tái nạp nhiên liệu dễ dàng: Đối với pin nhiên liệu, việc tái nạp nhiên liệu rất đơn giản. Thay vì phải sạc lại trong một thời gian dài như pin truyền thống, chỉ cần thay bình nhiên liệu cũng đủ để tiếp tục sử dụng.
4. Thân thiện với môi trường: Pin nhiên liệu thường sử dụng nhiên liệu sạch như hidro, gây ra ít khí thải và không gây ô nhiễm môi trường như viên pin truyền thống.
Pin nhiên liệu được sử dụng rộng rãi trong các ứng dụng cần cung cấp điện năng lâu dài như xe điện, máy tính xách tay, tàu thủy và hệ thống năng lượng mặt trời.

Aneurysmal bone cysts (ABC) are rare, especially in the ribs. This lesion is considered to be a benign process, which is usually found in children and young adults. This case, however, concerns a 71-year-old patient, the oldest patient hitherto reported in Japan, and also as old as in any other published case report worldwide. Although positron emission tomography (PET) demonstrated an uptake at the lesion, two biopsies could not reveal a precise preoperative diagnosis. The clinical manifestations, etiology, pathology, and current treatment are briefly discussed. Due to difficulties in the preoperative diagnosis, and to avoid recurrence, a total excision is the recommended treatment for ABC.

The purpose of this study was to complete the cycle of recognizing these relationships. In this regard, the effect of parenting styles, attachment styles, and the mediating variable of addiction was investigated on child abuse (CA). Multi-stage random sampling and sample size were selected based on the sample size estimation software (510 people) and according to the 20% probability of a drop in the number of subjects, 530 people (265 boys and 265 girls) and 1060 parents were selected. The available method was selected from a sample of 530 people who were selected based on the Addiction Severity Index (ASI) and answered Baumrind’s Parenting Styles Questionnaire (PSQ), Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ), and Adult Attachment Scale (AAS). Data were assessed by analysis of variance, mediator analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that differences in parenting styles cause differences in their attachment styles. The results supported only the relationship between the two components of parental affection and control with the attachment avoidance index, and no relationship was observed between these components and the anxiety index. Perceived emotional abuse, mediates the relationship between parental parenting components and the child attachment avoidance index. Finally, it was achieved to a model that shows how the two factors of affection and control simultaneously affect the avoidance index, mediated by parental addiction.
