Conformation of radicals in a γ- irradiated linear perfluoroalkane at 77 KHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 34 - Trang 145-150 - 2000
S. R. Allayarov, I. M. Barkalov, A. I. Mikhailov
The principal geometrical parameters of the carbon skeleton of ~CF2CFCF2~ and ~CF2CF2 radicals at 77 K show good agreement with spiral configuration of a perfluoroalkane molecule in crystal. The conformations of radicals resulting from fluorine atom abstraction or C-C bond cleavage are determined by minimum of bond rotation potential energy in a linear perfluoroalkane helix. The analysis of the sp...... hiện toàn bộ
Reduction of Boron Trichloride in Atmospheric-Pressure Argon–Hydrogen Radiofrequency Induction PlasmaHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 53 - Trang 246-253 - 2019

The main operating modes of a radiofrequency induction plasma torch with a vortex stabilization of the atmospheric-pressure gas discharge at have been studied in an argon-hydrogen mixture in the range of Ar/H2 = 12–4. The dependences of the electron temperature Te and number density ne on the Ar/H2 ratio have been experimentally studied. It has been found that the electron temperature and concentr...... hiện toàn bộ
Simulation of exposure of light-sensitive layers: Processes involving reversible reactionsHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 39 - Trang 179-183 - 2005
S. V. Zelentsov, I. V. Simdyanov
Analytic expressions relating the concentration of a light-sensitive component and the intensity of exposure UV light to the sample thickness and exposure time of light-sensitive materials with the restricted mobility of reactants were found. The processes of image formation were considered, which involve the following reversible photochemical reactions: (1) both steps are photochemical,

Effects of spatially correlated generation of macroradicals in the radiolysis of polymersHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 34 - Trang 229-235 - 2000
N. M. Bol’bit, V. B. Taraban, E. R. Klinshpont, I. P. Shelukhov, V. K. Milinchuk
The radiation-chemical yield of macroradicals was found to be many times higher under exposure of polymers (polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate), and polycarbonate) to ionizing radiation at extremely low dose rates (0.1–1 mGy/s) in a vacuum at room temperature. A model of the radiolysis was suggested, which is based on the mechanism of preferable generation and stabilization of macroradicals in ...... hiện toàn bộ
Formation of masking pattern by electron beam-induced vapor depositionHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 42 - Trang 105-112 - 2011
M. A. Bruk, E. N. Zhikharev, S. L. Shevchuk, I. A. Volegova, A. V. Spirin, E. N. Teleshov, V. A. Kal’nov, Yu. P. Maishev
The dry resist-free process of electron beam-induced masking via chemical vapor deposition from a hydrocarbon precursor was studied. It was shown that the obtained mask exhibited a low selectivity during ion beam etching with SF6 ions. It was found that, during mask deposition, a thin (of the order of 1 nm) boundary layer is formed on the SiO2 plate surface; the layer had a substantially higher pl...... hiện toàn bộ
Radiation-Induced Cryogenic Copolymerization of Some Monomers with Sulfur DioxideHigh Energy Chemistry - Tập 35 - Trang 335-338 - 2001
I. P. Kim, G. A. Kichigina, D. P. Kiryukhin, I. M. Barkalov
A comparative study was performed on the radiation postpolymerization of a number of dienes and α-olefins with sulfur dioxide occurring both on heating of the samples radiolyzed at 77 K and spontaneously by mutual dissolution. The cryopolymerization of sulfur dioxide with butadiene was studied in most detail. It was found that, unlike the case of the isoprene–SO2system, a polycrystalline phase wit...... hiện toàn bộ
