AbstractImmunotherapy and vaccines have revolutionized disease treatment and
prevention. Vaccines against infectious diseases have been in use for several
decades. In contrast, only few cancer vaccines have been approved for human use.
These include preventative vaccines against infectious agents associated with
cancers, and therapeutic vaccines used as immunotherapy agents to treat cancers.

DCE-MRI radiomics nomogram can predict response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in esophageal cancer - 2022
Jinrong Qu, Ling Ma, Yanan Lu, Zhaoqi Wang, Jia Guo, Hongkai Zhang, Yan Xu, Hui Liu, Ihab R. Kamel, Jianjun Qin, Hailiang Li
Abstract Objectives To assess volumetric DCE-MRI radiomics nomogram in
predicting response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (nCT) in EC patients. Methods
This retrospective analysis of a prospective study enrolled EC patients with
stage cT1N + M0 or cT2-4aN0-3M0 who received DCE-MRI within 7 days before
chemotherapy, followed by surgery. Response assessment was graded from 1 to 5
according to the tumor... hiện toàn bộ
Comprehensive analysis of the MIR4435-2HG/miR-1-3p/MMP9/miR-29-3p/DUXAP8 ceRNA network axis in hepatocellular carcinoma Tập 12 Số 1 - 2021

AbstractA growing number of studies have shown that competitive endogenous RNA
(ceRNA) regulatory networks might play important roles during the process of
hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study assessed the role of the ceRNA
network in immune cell infiltration in HCC. Immune-related gene sets were
downloaded from Molecular Signatures Database, and differentially expressed
genes were screened ... hiện toàn bộ

Abstract Background Treatment paradigms for metastatic non-small cell lung
cancer are increasingly based on biomarker-driven therapies, with the most
common alteration being mutation in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
Change in expression of such biomarkers could have a profound impact on the
choice and efficacy of a selected targeted therapeutic, and hence the objective
of this study... hiện toàn bộ
