Calculation of High-Speed Flow past a Thin Plate Edge Using the Navier–Stokes–Fourier Model and Model Kinetic EquationRussian Aeronautics - - 2024
Yu. A. Nikitchenko, E. E. Krasavin
The paper considers the problem of high-velocity flow past a perfectly sharp
edge. The solution was carried out using the model kinetic equation for
polyatomic gases and the Navier–Stokes–Fourier model. The method of solving the
problem is described. The distribution of gas parameters is calculated on the
plate surface and above it. Gas parameters are analyzed near the sharp edge. The
Navier–Stoke... hiện toàn bộ
On influence of energy-producing additives upon the service characteristics of aviation fuelsRussian Aeronautics - Tập 56 - Trang 314-318 - 2013
L. S. Yanovskii, N. I. Varlamova, P. V. Borodako, I. M. Popov
In this paper, some results of studying the service characteristics of
mass-produced rocket fuels with additives of aluminum boride nanopowders are
presented. As it was established, introduction of these nanopowders with
particles of 20 μm in size leads to a significant change of fuel service
characteristics. It is shown that as a fuel additive, it is advisable to use the
nanopowders with particle... hiện toàn bộ
Calculation of Reliability Parameters of Onboard Harness with Aluminum WiresRussian Aeronautics - Tập 66 - Trang 396-403 - 2023
I. S. Vasil’ev, S. V. Efremov, A. P. Leonov, S. B. Suntsov
The paper presents the results of calculating the reliability of the cables of
the spacecraft onboard harness made of aluminum wires for space application. The
calculation was based on the results of qualification tests of type
representatives of cables with soldered and crimped connections of aluminum
wires. Similar copper wire connections were also tested to compare results. The
results of the p... hiện toàn bộ
Calculations of shock wave energy parameters in the presence of high-voltage electrical discharge in water for the transition regionRussian Aeronautics - Tập 54 - Trang 108-113 - 2011

A technique for calculating the energy parameters of shock waves at electrical
discharge in water is presented for the transition region of discharge channel
expansion using as the base the predetermined characteristics of discharge
circuit. The technique is based on the solution of energy transport equation
that is similar in form to that of radiative transfer. The validity of the
presented appro... hiện toàn bộ
Modeling of Hybrid Shell Shaping Process in Carbon Fiber ToolingRussian Aeronautics - Tập 60 - Trang 640-646 - 2018
L. P. Shabalin, I. N. Sidorov, R. N. Sungatullin
This paper covers an advanced technique of finite element analysis of co-curing
shaping process at high temperature of hybrid metal-composite structures. The
technique allows us to model a technological production process and to evaluate
the influence of design parameters of tooling on the deflected mode and strength
of elements taking into account the contact interaction.
On choice of the blade back profile curvature in transonic turbine cascadesRussian Aeronautics - Tập 54 - Trang 159-164 - 2011
B. I. Mamaev
Some design and experimental data on three cascades with the same 12° bending
angle for the primary nozzle block of a gas turbine are presented. As is seen
from the investigation the most efficient at the transonic velocities of the
outward flow are the blades, the back curvature of which in the bevel cut zone
decreases to the trailing edge. Also presented is the fact that the blade with
the incre... hiện toàn bộ
Nonlinear deforming of laminated composite shells of revolution under finite deflections and normal’s rotation anglesRussian Aeronautics - Tập 60 - Trang 169-176 - 2017

The discretization of the boundary value problem for laminated composite shells
is based on the finite difference approach using the regular mesh with the
constant grid step and the difference operators of the second order of accuracy.
The dynamic relaxation method is proposed for the solution of the nonlinear
problem. The evolutionary equations of the dynamic relaxation are constructed,
and the o... hiện toàn bộ

The statement and the technique of solving a new class of problems for
calculating the process parameters of the manufacture of inflatable bearing
surfaces of aircraft are proposed. The technique development is based on
dependencies of interaction dynamics of the stretchable fabric with internal
pressure in the wing cavity. The model takes into account the imbalance of the
pressure and tension for... hiện toàn bộ
