The combined effects of magnetohydrodynamics and thermal radiations on unsteady
flow of an electrically conducting fluid past an impulsively started infinite
vertical porous plate with variable temperature is investigated. A magnetic
field of uniform strength is applied along an axis perpendicular to the plate.
