NIIEFA is designing the C-250 cyclotron system. The cyclotron should ensure the
production of proton beams in the energy range of 30–250 MeV and a current of up
to 5 μA. This paper presents information on the layout and design of the main

The cross sections for the formation of isomeric states in the reactions (γ, n)
and (n, 2n) on the 81Br nucleus were measured by the induced activity method.
The energy dependence of the isomeric ratio of the reaction yields (γ, n) in the
energy range 14–35 MeV with a step of 1 MeV was obtained. The experimental
results are compared with the data of other works and the TALYS-1.6 calculation.

A new effect of the multicomponent Dark Matter luminescence due to transitions
between its mass-splitted components is discussed. Radiation of photons with
energies up to 10 GeV from regions of high Dark Matter density is possible.The
effect is found in the hypercolor vector extension of the Standard Model, where
heavy stable neutral hyperpions and hyperbaryons are considered as the Dark

It is shown that in the discharge plasma of the atomic emission spectrometer,
the formation of CN molecules from CO2 and N2 takes place. The correctness of
measuring the CO2 concentration from the emission intensity of CN at a
wavelength of 388.3 nm in respiratory processes is proved experimentally.
