Bảng câu hỏi đánh giá rối loạn lo âu xã hội và khiếm khuyết khả năng xã hội ở thanh thiếu niên (SASKO-J) được phát triển như một công cụ cho chẩn đoán lâm sàng rối loạn lo âu xã hội ở giới trẻ bằng cách đo lường lo âu xã hội và khiếm khuyết xã hội ở hai chiều khác nhau. Nghiên cứu này cung cấp một đánh giá ban đầu về các thuộc tính tâm lý đo lường của thang đo trong một mẫu lâm sàng. Độ tin cậy và tính hợp lệ của SASKO-J được đánh giá trong một mẫu lâm sàng hỗn hợp của thanh thiếu niên Đức từ 12 đến 19 tuổi (N = 85; tuổi trung bình 15.71 tuổi; SD = 1.92; 62.4% là nữ). Các độ nhất quán nội bộ của thang điểm tổng thể và các thang con đều đạt mức tốt đến xuất sắc (0.80 ≤ α ≤ 0.96), và các kết quả cho thấy tính hợp lệ hội tụ và phân biệt tốt. Phân tích ROC tiết lộ một khu vực dưới đường cong (AUC = 0.866) thỏa mãn và ngưỡng 41.5 cho tổng điểm SASKO-J thể hiện sự cân bằng tốt nhất giữa độ nhạy (0.806) và độ đặc hiệu (0.826).
