Điều trị gãy xương đầu xương cánh tay bằng phương pháp keo fibrin

Ba bệnh nhân có gãy xương đầu xương cánh tay lệch mới được điều trị bằng phương pháp keo fibrin, không cần thêm cố định nội bộ. Tại thời điểm theo dõi, từ 1 năm rưỡi đến 4 năm rưỡi sau phẫu thuật, kết quả lâm sàng rất tốt. Keo fibrin có nhiều ưu điểm hơn so với các kỹ thuật cố định xương truyền thống và do đó được khuyến nghị như một phương pháp hiệu quả để điều trị những loại gãy xương nghiêm trọng nhưng không phổ biến ở khớp khuỷu tay.
