Therapieoptionen bei schmerzhaften Folgezuständen nach Radiuskopffraktur

Die Radiuskopffraktur ist eine osteoligamentäre Verletzung des Ellenbogengelenks beziehungsweise des Unterarms, deren Begleitverletzungen in den primären Therapieplan einbezogen werden müssen, um vermeidbare Komplikationen zu umgehen. Angesichts der Heterogenität dieser Pathologie ergeben sich vielgestaltige Komplikationsmöglichkeiten, die nicht selten zur operativen Revision führen. Durch Kombination einer strukturierten klinischen Untersuchung mit radiologischer (Schnitt‑)Bildgebung können die Beschwerdeursachen ergründet und die Behandlungsoptionen individuell abgeleitet werden. Die häufigsten Revisionsgründe sind dabei die posttraumatische Bewegungssteife, die Gelenkinstabilität und die radiokapitellare Arthrose. Insbesondere Letztgenannte stellt beim jungen und aktiven Patienten eine Problempathologie dar. Der nachfolgende Artikel gibt einen Überblick über die Therapieoptionen bei schmerzhaften Folgezuständen nach Radiuskopffraktur.
