Giá trị phụ thuộc của khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp đối với hiệu suất kinh doanh trong bối cảnh biến động môi trường

Dựa trên góc nhìn tài nguyên và lý thuyết tình huống, nghiên cứu này khám phá cách mà sự xáo trộn công nghệ và thị trường ảnh hưởng đến tác động của khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp đối với hiệu suất kinh doanh. Sử dụng mẫu khảo sát gồm 452 doanh nghiệp sản xuất Đài Loan trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp khác nhau, chúng tôi áp dụng phân tích hồi quy bậc cao với sự điều chỉnh để kiểm định các giả thuyết tương tác hai chiều. Kết quả cho thấy sự xáo trộn công nghệ tăng cường tác động tích cực của khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp đối với hiệu suất kinh doanh, trong khi sự xáo trộn thị trường không có ảnh hưởng như vậy. Phân tích sau đó chỉ ra rằng khi sự xáo trộn công nghệ cao, khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp có tác động tích cực hơn đến hiệu suất kinh doanh. Một phân tích nhóm bổ sung cho thấy ảnh hưởng điều chỉnh tích cực của sự xáo trộn thị trường chỉ xuất hiện trong mẫu con công nghệ cao. Những phát hiện của chúng tôi gợi ý rằng các nhà quản lý doanh nghiệp sản xuất nên nuôi dưỡng mức độ đổi mới cao để giúp các doanh nghiệp phát triển trong môi trường có sự xáo trộn công nghệ lớn. Nghiên cứu này đóng góp vào tài liệu về khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp bằng cách làm rõ các điều kiện ranh giới mà dưới đó khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp nâng cao hiệu suất kinh doanh. Khác với các nghiên cứu trước đây, nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy tác động đến hiệu suất của khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp không phải là tích cực như nhau mà tăng lên theo mức độ xáo trộn công nghệ. Chúng tôi mang đến cái nhìn mới về vai trò quan trọng của khả năng đổi mới của doanh nghiệp trong một môi trường có sự xáo trộn công nghệ cao.
