Các mẫu mô đỉnh với nụ bên và các nền văn hóa huyền phù từ lá của húng quế ngọt, Ocimum basilicum L., đã được nuôi trồng trong bioreactor không khí 5 lít trong ba tuần, từ đó làm tăng trọng lượng tươi của các nền văn hóa huyền phù lên 2,5 lần.
