Mục đích

Bài báo nhằm chứng minh cách thức các thực thể địa phương, chẳng hạn như các thành phố và quận, có thể sử dụng kế hoạch mua sắm thân thiện với môi trường như một công cụ để phát triển nền kinh tế xanh địa phương. Trước tiên, các tác giả tập trung cụ thể vào sự gia tăng các chương trình phát triển kinh tế thông qua các nỗ lực mua sắm địa phương, hoặc sự chú trọng vào tính bền vững môi trường thông qua các chương trình mua sắm xanh.
