Dự đoán bệnh hen suyễn bằng mô hình gen bốn lôcus bao gồm IL13, IL4, FCER1B và ADRB2 ở trẻ em dân tộc Kazak

Nghiên cứu nhằm tìm hiểu liệu mô hình gen bốn lôcus bao gồm ADRB2 rs1042713, IL4 rs2243250, FCER1B rs569108 và IL13 rs20541 có thể dự đoán bệnh hen suyễn ở trẻ em Kazak tại Tân Cương, Trung Quốc hay không. Bốn biến thể đơn nucleotide của 4 gen đã được phân tích gen ở nhóm bệnh hen suyễn và nhóm đối chứng của trẻ em Hán và trẻ em Kazak tương ứng. Tần suất của các kiểu gen và alen khác nhau đã được so sánh giữa nhóm bệnh hen suyễn và nhóm đối chứng ở cả hai dân tộc. Các kiểu gen nguy cơ khác nhau đối với bệnh hen suyễn đã được đánh giá ở hai dân tộc. Sự khác biệt về tần suất kiểu gen ở ADRB2 rs1042713, IL4 rs2243250 và IL13 rs20541 giữa nhóm bệnh hen suyễn và nhóm đối chứng có ý nghĩa thống kê ở trẻ em Hán, cũng như tần suất của các alen ở 3 biến thể đơn nucleotide này, nhưng không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê nào ở FCER1B rs569108 (P > 0,05).
