Trong nghiên cứu này, tác động của thiết kế nồng độ và hiệu suất tổng hợp của hệ điện phân axit hỗn hợp sulfate-phosphoric được khảo sát nhằm đạt được một điện phân duy trì mật độ năng lượng cao và hoạt động ổn định ở nhiệt độ cao. Các bài kiểm tra độ ổn định tĩnh cho thấy sự kết tủa VOPO4 chỉ xảy ra với điện phân vanadi (V). Nồng độ ion vanadi từ 2,0–2,2 mol·L−1, axit phosphoric từ 0,10–0,15 mol·L−1 và axit sulfuric từ 2,5–3,0 mol·L−1 là phù hợp cho pin dòng chảy redox vanadi trong khoảng nhiệt độ từ −20 đến 50 °C. Các phương trình dự đoán độ nhớt và độ dẫn điện của các điện phân được xác định bằng phương pháp bề mặt phản hồi. Điện phân tối ưu hóa khắc phục việc tạo ra kết tủa. Nó có mật độ năng lượng cao gấp 2,8 lần so với điện phân không có phosphat, và hiệu suất coulomb đạt 94,0% ở 50 °C. Hệ điện phân axit hỗn hợp sulfate-phosphoric thúc đẩy quá trình phản ứng điện cực, tăng mật độ dòng điện và giảm điện trở. Công trình này tối ưu hóa một cách hệ thống nồng độ của các thành phần điện phân vanadi dương và âm với axit hỗn hợp sulfate-phosphoric. Nó cung cấp cơ sở cho các trạng thái hóa trị khác nhau và các tính chất tổng hợp của điện phân vanadi hệ axit hỗn hợp sulfate-phosphoric dưới các điều kiện cực đoan, hướng dẫn các ứng dụng kỹ thuật.
