Tối ưu hóa quy trình thu hồi silica từ tro lá mía và chất nền Ca/SBA-15 cho phản ứng transester hóa dầu Calophyllum inophyllum

Vật liệu mesoporous có trật tự cao Santa Barbara acid-15 (SBA-15) đã được thu nhận từ tro lá mía, một nguồn silica chi phí thấp. Việc sử dụng một nguồn silica không độc hại và chi phí thấp cho sản xuất SBA-15 ngày nay là rất quan trọng. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là (1) điều tra mối quan hệ giữa thời gian siêu âm (t), lượng natri hydroxide sử dụng (WR) và nhiệt độ (T) duy trì bằng phương pháp bề mặt phản ứng nhằm đạt được tỷ lệ thu hồi silica tối đa, (2) tổng hợp SBA-15 từ silica thu hồi (thủy tinh nước), (3) sản xuất biodiesel từ dầu Calophyllum inophyllum sử dụng methanol làm rượu dưới điều kiện xúc tác dị thể. Môi trường xúc tác là vật liệu mesoporous silicate được thấm calcium acetate gọi là SBA-15. Các điều kiện tối ưu cho tỷ lệ thu hồi SiO2 tối đa (57.99 %) được xác định là: nhiệt độ phản ứng—110 °C, tỷ lệ khối lượng NaOH với tro—1:3 và thời gian phản ứng siêu âm—5 giờ. Phản ứng transester hóa được thực hiện với các tỷ lệ methanol so với dầu khác nhau (3:1, 8:1, 12:1, 16:1, 18:1) tại các nhiệt độ khác nhau như 50, 60, 70, 80 và 90 °C trong sự hiện diện của xúc tác dị thể. Tỷ lệ thu hồi tối đa đạt được là 88.77 % ở tỷ lệ rượu so với dầu 16:1 (theo mol) và 96.82 % ở nhiệt độ 80 °C.
