Tóm tắt

AbstractTn5405 is a 12 kb staphylococcal composite transposon delimited by two inverted copies of the insertion sequence IS1182. This transposon carries two aminoglycosides resistance genes, aphA‐3 and aadE, an altered gene similar to sat4 from Campylobacter coli BE/G4, and three open reading frames of unknown functions.
