Gãy xương pilon chày là hậu quả của chấn thương năng lượng cao khác với các gãy xương mắt cá chân thông thường. Việc quản lý các gãy xương này đặt ra nhiều thách thức cho bác sĩ phẫu thuật chỉnh hình, bao gồm việc đạt được giảm khớp giải phẫu của bề mặt khớp và quản lý các tổn thương mô mềm đi kèm. Bài báo này nhằm xem xét những tiến bộ chính và các nguyên tắc hướng dẫn thực hành hiện nay của chúng tôi.
