Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu của bài tổng quan này là tóm tắt các đặc điểm hình ảnh của những tổn thương phổ biến ở nền sọ. Ngoài ra, nghiên cứu này còn nhằm xem xét các tài liệu liên quan đến những tiến bộ quan trọng và thú vị trong hình ảnh học của nền sọ trước và trung tâm. Các kỹ thuật hình ảnh như đàn hồi cộng hưởng từ, huỳnh quang indocyanine green, PET/CT Gallium-DOTATATE, liệu pháp radionucleotide peptide receptor, và 3D in ấn đang được sử dụng để nâng cao chất lượng chăm sóc bệnh nhân có bệnh lý nền sọ. Các đặc điểm hình ảnh CT và MRI có thể được sử dụng để thu hẹp chẩn đoán phân biệt và lập kế hoạch điều trị cho các tổn thương nền sọ trước và trung tâm. Những kỹ thuật hình ảnh mới cho thấy tiềm năng trong việc cải thiện sự chăm sóc cho bệnh nhân có tổn thương nền sọ.
