Chúng tôi báo cáo trường hợp của một người đàn ông 40 tuổi đã xuất hiện cơn co giật dạng giật-co. Kết quả chụp CT và MRI cho thấy có chất xám dị tâm ở vỏ não trán-parietal bên phải.
