Thông Tóm TắtBệnh tim bẩm sinh (CHD) là một trong những dị tật bẩm sinh phổ biến nhất được báo cáo. Tỷ lệ mắc bệnh tim bẩm sinh là 8–9 trên 1000 ca sinh sống trong dữ liệu được công bố từ phương Tây. Có rất ít dữ liệu được công bố về tỷ lệ dị tật tim thai nhi ở Ấn Độ. Chúng tôi đã cố gắng tìm hiểu tỷ lệ và phổ biến các dị tật tim thai nhi trong tam cá nguyệt thứ hai và thứ ba trong quá trình siêu âm định kỳ tại một trung tâm giới thiệu ban đầu. Trong số 11.760 thai nhi ở tam cá nguyệt thứ hai và thứ ba, đã phát hiện 104 trường hợp có dị tật tim, với tỷ lệ 8,8 trên 1000. Khuyết tật vách ngăn thất là tổn thương phổ biến nhất, tiếp theo là sự bất đối xứng buồng và bất thường lối ra.
