Khảo sát Sự Ảnh Hưởng của Lãnh Đạo Phục Vụ đến Sự Hài Lòng trong Cuộc Sống

Bài báo này đã khám phá tác động của lãnh đạo phục vụ đối với sự hài lòng trong cuộc sống của nhân viên. Ngoài ra, nó còn xem xét vai trò trung gian của sự tham gia công việc và lòng tự trọng dựa trên tổ chức (OBSE) trong mối quan hệ này. Dữ liệu cho nghiên cứu khảo sát cắt ngang này được thu thập từ 160 nhân viên Pakistan làm việc toàn thời gian tại một công ty sản xuất máy kéo lớn. Macro SPSS do Preacher và Hayes (2008) phát triển được sử dụng để kiểm tra các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy lãnh đạo phục vụ có mối quan hệ tích cực với cả sự tham gia công việc và OBSE, điều này, theo đó, cũng có mối quan hệ tích cực với sự hài lòng trong cuộc sống.
