Tăng cường phát quang bền của phosphor hồng ngoại gần LiGa5O8:Cr3+ bằng việc đồng doping Sn4+

Các phosphor LiGa5O8:Cr3+ phát quang bền trong vùng hồng ngoại gần (NIR) đã thu hút sự chú ý đáng kể nhờ vào ứng dụng tiềm năng trong hình ảnh y tế. Một chuỗi các phosphor LiGa5O8:Cr3+ mới với nồng độ khác nhau của Sn4+ đã được chế tạo thành công thông qua phản ứng trạng thái rắn ở nhiệt độ cao. Ảnh hưởng của việc đồng doping Sn4+ đến đặc tính phát quang, phát quang bền lâu và nhiệt phát quang đã được nghiên cứu một cách có hệ thống. Kết quả cho thấy hiệu suất phát quang bền lâu của các phosphor được cải thiện đáng kể sau khi bổ sung ion Sn4+. Quang phổ nhiệt phát quang cho thấy việc bổ sung Sn4+ góp phần tạo ra các khuyết tật và tăng mật độ bẫy, do đó cải thiện các đặc tính phát quang bền lâu của phosphor LiGa5O8:Cr3+.
