Tóm tắt

Việc điều trị thành công các vết gãy xương không liền là một thách thức lớn đối với các bác sĩ phẫu thuật ortho. Gần đây, những tiến bộ liên tục trong lĩnh vực y học phân tử và sinh học phân tử đã nâng cao nhận thức của chúng ta về các con đường và sự tham gia của các chất trung gian liên quan đến quá trình chữa lành xương. Do đó, kho công cụ của các bác sĩ phẫu thuật đã được mở rộng về các tùy chọn can thiệp. Bài viết này nhằm cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan về các kỹ thuật xâm lấn tối thiểu có thể áp dụng trong điều trị gãy xương không liền.
