Tóm tắt

The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of the long-term (105 days) isolation of the subjects in confinement on the chromosomal aberration level in the human blood lymphocytes in vivo. The blood samples from six participants had been taken for the cytogenetic analysis before and after the experiment. The analysis of the chromosomal aberrations of unstable type revealed a significant (p < 0.05) increase of the frequency of chromatid aberrations (by a factor of 25) in the form of single fragments, compared to the reference frequency. The frequency of chromosomal aberrations did not differ from the reference; a single dicentric with the satellite fragment was revealed in one sample taken after the experiment.
