Kiểm soát sự vô hiệu hóa trong quá trình reforming CO2 của metan trên xúc tác Ni–Mg–Al

Trong nghiên cứu này, các điều kiện phản ứng thích hợp đã được tìm thấy để kiểm soát sự vô hiệu hóa của xúc tác trong quá trình reforming CO2 của metan trên xúc tác Ni–Mg–Al. Các thí nghiệm với tỷ lệ CO2/CH4 biến đổi cho thấy rằng sự lắng đọng carbon và sự kết tụ của xúc tác giảm khi tỷ lệ CO2/CH4 tăng. Sự lắng đọng carbon được kiểm soát ở tỷ lệ CO2/CH4 = 2, trong khi một sự vô hiệu hóa mạnh mẽ được quan sát ở tỷ lệ CO2/CH4 < 1. Các thí nghiệm với thời gian không gian biến đổi và tỷ lệ CO2/CH4 cố định cho thấy thời gian không gian ngắn hơn tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc kiểm soát lắng đọng carbon và tăng cường khả năng chống kết tụ của xúc tác. Những kết quả này được hỗ trợ bởi các phân tích XRD, TPO và Quang phổ Raman. Xúc tác trình bày sự ổn định cao theo thời gian hoạt động trong phản ứng ở 700 °C, CO2/CH4 = 2, và thời gian không gian là 1,2 g h/mol. Các điều kiện phản ứng thích hợp là phù hợp cho nguyên liệu có hàm lượng CO2 cao.
