Kết hợp trật khớp acromioclavicular và gãy avulsion mỏm quạ ở người lớn

Gãy avulsion mỏm quạ kết hợp với trật khớp acromioclavicular là một tình trạng cực kỳ hiếm gặp. Chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp gãy avulsion mỏm quạ kèm theo tổn thương khớp acromioclavicular ở một nam giới 24 tuổi bị chấn thương do tai nạn giao thông. Mặc dù trật khớp acromioclavicular (AC) đã rõ ràng từ hình ảnh X-quang ban đầu, nhưng gãy avulsion mỏm quạ chỉ được phát hiện qua chụp CT. Việc giảm đau mở và cố định nội bộ mỏm quạ bằng vít cannulated 4 mm, sửa chữa khớp AC bằng hai dây K và một mũi khâu neo đã dẫn đến sự phục hồi nhanh chóng. Bệnh nhân có thể thực hiện đầy đủ các cử động của vai vào cuối tháng thứ 3 và đã trở lại hoạt động nghề nghiệp. Sau 1 năm, anh ấy có thể vận động vai bình thường mà không có hạn chế chức năng nào.
