Đặc trưng và đánh giá rủi ro sức khỏe của hydrocarbon thơm đa vòng (PAHs) trong không khí trong nhà và ngoài trời tại khu vực Đông Trung Ấn Độ

Mười sáu hydrocarbon thơm đa vòng (PAHs) được chọn đã được đặc trưng trong PM2.5 từ các mẫu không khí trong nhà và ngoài trời được thu thập tại các khu ổ chuột đô thị và khu vực nông thôn ở Đông Trung Ấn Độ. Tại khu vực ổ chuột đô thị, nồng độ PAHs trong nhà và ngoài trời lần lượt là 466,03 ± 11,94 ng/m3 và 321,71 ± 34,87 ng/m3. Ở khu vực nông thôn, nồng độ trong nhà và ngoài trời là 294,85 ± 20,53 ng/m3 và 241,74 ± 29,04 ng/m3, tương ứng. PAHs có ba vòng và năm vòng được phát hiện là chiếm ưu thế tại cả hai khu vực ổ chuột đô thị và nông thôn. Phân tích tỷ lệ chẩn đoán (DR) và phân tích thành phần chính (PCA) kết luận rằng khí thải diesel, xăng, sinh khối và việc đốt than là những nguồn chính của 16 PAHs trong môi trường trong nhà và ngoài trời tại các khu vực ổ chuột đô thị và nông thôn. Giá trị liều lượng trung bình cả đời (LADD) và nguy cơ ung thư gia tăng cả đời (ILCR) đã được tính toán để đánh giá nguy cơ sức khỏe cho trẻ em 6 tuổi và người lớn 24 tuổi. Giá trị ELCR tại khu vực ổ chuột đô thị và khu vực nông thôn lần lượt được tính toán là 43,24 × 10−6 và 28,3 × 10−6. Các giá trị ELCR được quan sát nằm trong giới hạn chấp nhận được từ 10−6–10−4 theo quy định của cơ quan USEPA (Cơ quan Bảo vệ Môi trường Hoa Kỳ) (1989).
