Tóm tắt

Chronic graftversus host disease (cGVHD) is a multisystemic condition which occurs in 25 to 40 % of patients undergoing allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.1 A 31 year old male developed acute polymyositis one year in the setting of cGVHDetc. after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. A viral etiology could not be proven. This presumably represented a manifestation of cGVHD. His clinical condition improved with immunosuppression and he remains asymptomatic, off therapy.
