T malformation động tĩnh mạch của tĩnh mạch Galen (AVG), được hình thành bởi một fistula giữa các động mạch vừa và lớn với tĩnh mạch Galen, thường thấy ở thai nhi trong giai đoạn sơ sinh. Chúng tôi báo cáo ba ca trẻ sơ sinh mắc AVG cùng với ống động mạch vẫn thông (PDA), và xem xét tài liệu liên quan đến các phát hiện đi kèm này. Sự hiện diện của PDA có thể dẫn đến sự rối loạn mạch máu nghiêm trọng trong giai đoạn hậu phẫu, và làm phức tạp thêm việc quản lý những trẻ sơ sinh này. Phân tích tuần hoàn trung tâm bất thường này có thể góp phần vào việc hiểu rõ hơn và từ đó cải thiện kết quả cho nhóm bệnh nhân kém may mắn này.
