Mô hình EOQ cho các mặt hàng hỏng không tức thời với hai cấp độ lưu trữ theo chính sách tín dụng thương mại

Bài báo này nghiên cứu một mô hình tồn kho xác định với hai cấp độ lưu trữ (kho riêng và kho thuê) cho các mặt hàng hỏng không tức thời. Nhà cung cấp đưa ra một khoảng thời gian tín dụng thương mại cho nhà bán lẻ để thanh toán số tiền. Nhiều kịch bản dựa trên sự hư hỏng và khoảng thời gian tín dụng thương mại đã được xem xét. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi đã xây dựng hai mô hình xem xét kho đơn (Mô hình-I) và hai kho (Mô hình-II) cho các mặt hàng hỏng không tức thời. Mục tiêu của công việc này là tối thiểu hóa tổng chi phí tồn kho và tìm chiều dài tối ưu cho việc bổ sung hàng hóa cũng như số lượng đặt hàng tối ưu. Các định lý toán học đã được phát triển để xác định sự tồn tại và tính duy nhất của giải pháp tối ưu. Các thuật toán tính toán cho hai mô hình khác nhau được thiết kế để tìm số lượng đặt hàng tối ưu và chu kỳ tối ưu. So sánh giữa các giải pháp tối ưu cho hai mô hình cũng được trình bày. Các minh họa số liệu và hiểu biết quản lý thu được cho thấy ứng dụng và hiệu suất của lý thuyết đề xuất.
