Nghiên cứu tính khả thi trong sản xuất gạch bê tông sử dụng nước rỉ le từ chất thải rắn đô thị đã xử lý

Nhu cầu nước gia tăng do sự phát triển dân số và công nghiệp hóa đã dẫn đến việc tiêu thụ nước nhiều hơn. Do đó, cần tìm kiếm các phương án thay thế nước trong các ngành công nghiệp khác nhau. Bê tông là một ngành tiêu tốn nước đáng kể. Nghiên cứu này xem xét liệu nước rỉ le từ các bãi rác đô thị đã xử lý có thể được sử dụng như một sự thay thế cho nước trong quy trình trộn bê tông hay không. Để đạt được mục tiêu này, các mẫu bê tông được tạo ra với các nồng độ khác nhau của nước rỉ le đã được so sánh với mẫu đối chứng chứa nước cất về cường độ nén không hạn chế (UCS) ở tuổi 7 và 28 ngày. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy nước rỉ le đã xử lý đã tăng tốc độ đóng rắn của xi măng lên gần 15 phút và làm tăng độ sụt của bê tông lên 16%. Việc thay thế hoàn toàn nước cất bằng nước rỉ le đã giảm UCS xuống 25% (từ 50 xuống 38 MPa). Kết quả từ kính hiển vi điện tử quét (SEM) và siêu âm cho thấy việc tăng tỷ lệ nước rỉ le trong bê tông đã làm tăng độ rỗng. Độ rỗng gia tăng sẽ làm giảm UCS. Cần phải xem xét thêm việc rò rỉ các kim loại nặng trong nước rỉ le đối với các ma trận đã đông cứng. Quy trình rò rỉ đặc tính độc hại (TCLP) cho thấy các kim loại nặng rò rỉ trong tất cả các mẫu đều nằm trong khoảng chấp nhận được. Kết quả cho thấy việc sử dụng nước rỉ le lên đến nồng độ 20% có thể được sử dụng trong bê tông, và sản phẩm đã rắn có thể ổn định các chất ô nhiễm một cách thành công. Đây là một phát hiện có giá trị vì việc sử dụng nước rỉ le đã xử lý như một phụ gia thực tiễn trong bê tông có thể ngăn ngừa ô nhiễm môi trường.
