Khả năng thích ứng là rất quan trọng đối với tất cả sinh viên tham gia vào các trường đại học. Sinh viên có khả năng thích ứng tốt và nhanh chóng sẽ giúp phát huy điểm mạnh của bản thân và đạt được kết quả học tập cao. Nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích khả năng thích ứng của sinh viên tham gia khóa học Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh tại Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc phòng và An ninh VNU, cũng như phân tích các yếu tố dự đoán khả năng thích ứng của sinh viên tại Trung tâm. Thông qua phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng với mẫu nghiên cứu gồm 300 sinh viên tham gia khóa học Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh tại Trung tâm, kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các yếu tố thuộc về sinh viên, các yếu tố thuộc về Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc phòng và An ninh VNU, và các yếu tố gia đình cùng xã hội có ảnh hưởng khác nhau đến khả năng thích ứng của sinh viên tham gia khóa học Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh tại Trung tâm. Đặc biệt, các yếu tố gia đình và xã hội có ảnh hưởng lớn đến mức độ thích ứng của sinh viên tham gia khóa học này. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm cải thiện khả năng thích ứng của sinh viên tham gia khóa học Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh tại Trung tâm trong thời gian tới.

Hiệu quả giảng dạy của giảng viên được xem là yếu tố quan trọng quyết định chất lượng giáo dục đại học. Một khi giảng viên thỏa mãn, yêu thích với công việc của mình, họ sẵn sàng phấn đấu hết mình để công việc ngày một tốt hơn, điều này góp phần vào sự thành công của một trường đại học, đồng thời xây dựng được nguồn nhân lực có trình độ phục vụ cho đất nước. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả giảng dạy của giảng viên. Trên cơ sở thực trạng được khảo sát, xử lý, phân tích kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các yếu tố: sự phản hồi và kết quả của sinh viên; Đồng nghiệp; Cơ sở vật chất; Lương, thưởng và phụ cấp lần lượt ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả giảng dạy của giảng viên.

Abstract:In today’s multicultural and interconnected communities, there are obvious benefits to  promote the number of “internationalization components” of teacher education program to communicate with global and regional context. The process of renewing curricula focuses on new integrated conception of curriculum development, on a structural and process level (modularization, interdisciplinary structures), regional context (internationalization, flexibility and mobility), and educational values and intended outcomes (lifelong/life-wide learning skills, competence-orientation/outcomes in a knowledge society, etc.) to fit the principles of ASEAN education manifests (AUN, AIMS, SEAMEO-RIHED etc.). Therefore, it is fruitful to discuss the issue of integrated teacher education program concerning the context of teacher preparation offered in a comprehensive university. By synthesizing the related theoretical frameworks of curriculum development and evaluating the structure of the integrated program that has been implemented in VNU University of Education (VNU UED), this paper brings up some issues of teacher education curriculum components offered for pre-service teacher education in a comprehensive university, as well as proposes integrated curriculum internal and external mobility strategies.Keywords:Integrated curriculum, teacher education curriculum mobility, perspectives/models of curriculum mobility.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors affecting the scientific capacity of lecturers (scientific research capacity and scientific guidance capacity) of Hanoi University lecturers. The study collected opinions from 113 lecturers using a quantitative questionnaire with 16 variables, of which 07 measures research capacity, 02 measures instruct capacity and 07 variables measures influencing factors. The study applied statistical methods of mean value and correlation analysis. Research results show that the scientific performance capacity of lecturers is correlated with each other and with influencing factors at different levels, but mainly the correlation is medium and strongly correlated. The study found that Student Feedback and Legal Regulations may be the most influential factors on scientific capacity of Hanoi University lecturers.

Tóm tắt:Nghiên cứu này nhằm xem xét cách thức Phương pháp Giao tiếp Ngôn ngữ (CLT) có thể được áp dụng để nâng cao chất lượng dạy và học ngữ pháp tại Học viện Kỹ thuật Quân sự (MTA). Để đạt được mục tiêu, hai công cụ đã được sử dụng: bảng hỏi khảo sát và quan sát lớp học. Các kết quả cho thấy cả giáo viên và sinh viên đều khá tích cực về việc dạy và học ngữ pháp, nhưng vẫn còn một khoảng cách lớn giữa việc giáo viên sử dụng hạn chế các kỹ thuật giao tiếp và nhu cầu của sinh viên về các hoạt động giao tiếp. Dựa trên phân tích quan sát một bài học ngữ pháp giao tiếp, người nghiên cứu đi đến kết luận rằng phiên bản "yếu" của CLT có thể được áp dụng để dạy ngữ pháp một cách hiệu quả. Nghiên cứu cũng trình bày các hàm ý sư phạm cho việc áp dụng CLT trong việc dạy ngữ pháp tại các trường đại học không chuyên Anh.

In order to build a vocational practice program for students majoring in preschool education at the college level according to the connection model between pedagogical schools (colleges of preschool education) and kindergartens (preschools), the authors have the study in 2 years (from 2023 to 2024) based on previous studies by many different authors and the authors ourselves. The surveys in the plan of the study obtained positive results but did not clearly demonstrate the diversity ideas of many subjects nor did it specifically supplement the content, the subjects of the on-going building vocational practice program. Therefore, the study should be conducted one more quantitative survey on students to the original plan in order to expand diversity and express the wishes of learners while carrying out the vocational practice program. The results of this survey on students are also hoped by the authors to add some specific content and subjects in the process of building a vocational practice program.

At present, with the development of computer science and in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, technology products are used in all fields. In the field of education, more and more pieces of software and applications that support teaching are created, and one of them is e-books. E-books are documents which can flexibly and efficiently provide students with information and instructions in the form of multimedia and therefore can support and improve learning. The article presents the process of using Kotobee Author software to build e-book contents and using e-books to teach integrated topics in teaching chemistry with a view to developing self-learning ability for students.

Abstract: In 2010 the first e-learning courses had been held to train teachers (Bachelor level) and the educational managers (Master degree) at the University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-UED). The application of the non-traditional mode in this teaching approach has created a number of changes in deploying the pedagogial activities and learning environment. These courses were designed in the direction of supplying the contents of knowledge and organizing the teaching activities in the new way in order to raise the output quality and develop the professional skills for the learners at UED.This research was conducted to make recommendations in the pedagogical aspect on how to get access to the design and organization of e-learning, to make clear a number of fundamental principles and to explain the phenomenon of E-pedagogy concept based on the previous classic teaching theories.Keywords: E-pedagogy, E-learning, learning theories, technological acceptance.

Understanding the importance of comprehensive education, the direction of the National University of Hanoi until March 2023 is to develop a comprehensive education model for first-year students at the Vietnam National University, Hanoi - Hoa Lac. This initiative is being led by the Director of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Le Quan, will be implemented from the first semester of the academic year 2023-2024 with the goal of "being physically healthy, mentally strong, and socially skilled" [1]. VNU National Defense and Security Training Center is a member unit of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi with the function of providing national defense and security knowledge training. It is an ideal place for students to participate in learning activities that meet the objectives of the project. A research article on the effectiveness of comprehensive education in managing first-year students at the Center for National Defense and Security Education was conducted using methods such as soft skills training, organizing extracurricular activities, and improving physical and mental education for students. The statistical results show that after completing the National Defense and Security Education program, students observed significant changes in their soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management, as well as adopting a more scientific lifestyle and improving their physical fitness. Therefore, it can be seen that the application of comprehensive education in managing first-year students at the Vietnam National Defense and Security Training Center has been effective in improving the quality of extracurricular and sports activities and achieving positive results.
