As applied to the problem of stabilizing the magnetic field of the NMR
relaxometer-diffusiometer by a III1-1 magnetic inductometer, we propose a simple
method for changing the III1-1 magnetic inductometer to the frequency modulation
mode to exclude the field modulation arising from modulating coils of the III1-1
sensor at the studied sample location.

The design features of the electron accelerator with a large-area 200-keV beam
and results of its investigation are described. The accelerator is based on a
set of discrete longitudinal filament cathodes and operates in the continuous
mode. The cross section of the beam extracted into the atmosphere is 40 × 50
cm2, and the maximal current density of the extracted electron beam is up to 100

complex have been investigated. Wakefields created by the charged-particle beam
distort the potential well of the accelerating RF system, which leads to beam

A method for producing carbon nanotubes by magnetron sputtering of a carbon
target is proposed. It allows modification of traditional probes for probe
microscopy using carbon nanotubes, thus substantially improving their
characteristics. Probes with nanotubes with a tip radius of rounding of several
nanometers can be used for precise scanning, quality control of samples, and
nanolithography.
