The possibility of fabricating electroconducting (101–104 S cm–1) ceramics based on In2O3, CdO, and LaCrO3 by liquid-phase synthesis methods has been demonstrated. The results of studies of the effect of temperature, dopants, and partial oxygen pressure on the specific electroconductivity of ceramic composites are presented.

A linear logarithmic dependence of the electrical resistance of glasses and glass-ceramics in semiconductor chalcogenide systems in cupric salt solutions on the cation content in the solution is established for the first time. A synthesis of 1-dodecanetiol stabilized colloidal quantum dots of CuInSe2 exhibiting photoluminescence in the range of 700–900 nm has been described.
