AbstractDuring the COVID‐19 pandemic, chilblain‐like lesions have been reported

investigated for suspected COVID‐19 infection who presented with acral skin
findings and mild systemic symptoms. Histology from one case showed signs of
vasculitis with evident fibrin thrombus.

AbstractExacerbation of preexisting and development of new‐onset psoriasis have
been reported secondary to interferon treatment and, more recently, with newer
biologic agents. We report a case of interferon‐induced psoriasis in an
adolescent with hepatitis C, a rarely reported medication reaction in children.
This case highlights the importance of reviewing a patient's medication list

Abstract: Psoriasis in childhood is not uncommon. We report data collected from
223 pediatric onset and 484 adult onset psoriasis patients. In the pediatric
onset psoriasis patients (POPPs), prevalence of family history was 68.2%
compared to 54% in the adult onset psoriasis patients (AOPPs). Also we noticed
that exacerbation of psoriasis induced by precipitating factors such as stress

Abstract: Generalized pustular psoriasis is rare in children, especially in
those less than 1 year of age. Lytic lesions of the bone have been reported in
children with psoriasis, but are rare. We describe an infant with the clinical
and histopathologic features of generalized pustular psoriasis that began in the
first few weeks of life. In addition, this patient had sterile lytic lesions of

High‐Magnification Videodermatoscopy: A New Noninvasive Diagnostic Tool for Scabies in ChildrenPediatric Dermatology - Tập 18 Số 5 - Trang 439-441 - 2001

A study of 100 children suspected of having scabies was carried out using
high‐magnification (HM) videodermatoscopy as the only diagnostic tool. HM
videodermatoscopy reaches magnifications of up to 600× and allows a detailed
inspection of the skin. Rapid and clear identification of mites, migration
burrows, eggs, and feces was obtained in 62 of 100 patients. None of the 38
patients with negative f... hiện toàn bộ

Abstract: Neonatal primary cutaneous aspergillosis usually presents as an
erythematous plaque with pustules that evolve into an eschar. Immunocompromised

diagnosis and treatment are critical in preventing progression to a systemic
illness. We report a preterm neonate with primary cutaneous aspergillosis and

AbstractAn association between juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG), neurofibromatosis
type 1 (NF1), and juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) has been described in
the literature but has only been documented in approximately 20 cases. We
diagnosed a patient with NF1 at 25 months of age, before any cutaneous stigmata
of this disease had appeared, because we decided to screen for the NF1 gene
