Paget’s disease is an uncommon breast malignancy and often misdiagnosed. If the
patient is treated at an early stage, the prognosis is satisfactory. Our study
analyzed the clinical characteristics of the disease and the factors influencing
the prognosis. Fourty-five patients with Paget’s disease who were admitted to

Assessment of resectability of pancreatic carcinoma by endoscopic ultrasonographyChinese Journal of Clinical Oncology - Tập 1 - Trang 393-397 - 2004
Yantao Tian, Ping Zhao, Chengfeng Wang, Guiqi Wang, Jianxiong Wu, Yi Shan, Yongfu Shao
To study the value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in the preoperative
assessment of resectability of pancreatic carcinoma. Thirty-eight non-selected
consecutive patients were prospectively investigated using EUS to determine
tumor resectability. The EUS findings in each of the patients were evaluated
prospectively by 2 EUS specialists. All patients were explored and resectability
determinded.... hiện toàn bộ
Evaluation of intraoperative radiotherapy for gastric carcinomaChinese Journal of Clinical Oncology - Tập 2 - Trang 516-520 - 2005
Huanlong Qin, Chaohong Lin, Xiulong Zhang
To study the proper sites and doses of intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) for
gastric carcinoma and the effects of this treatment. A total of 106 cases of
stage I — IV gastric carcinoma who received a D2 or D3 radical resection
operation combined with IORT were analyzed. Sixty—seven patients with gastric
cancer of the antrum and body received distal gastrectomy. The sites of

Detection of frameshift mutations of the transforming growth factor β receptor II in gastric cancers with microsatellite instabilityChinese Journal of Clinical Oncology - Tập 3 - Trang 267-272 - 2006
Dong Wang, Xin Geng, Yanyun Li, Yuchuan Wang, Yanni Li, Linsheng Zhao, Weiming Zhang
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship among microsatellite instability (MSI),
frameshift mutations (FM) of the transforming growth factor β receptor II (TGFβR
II), methylation state of the hMLH1 promoter and hMLH1 protein expression level
in gastric cancers, and to explore their relationship to gastric carcinogenesis.
METHODS DNA was isolated from 101 gastric specimens and 5 microsatellite loci
were... hiện toàn bộ

To analyze the long-term effects of treatment with an operation + postoperative
irradiation (A group) and an operation+intraoperative radiotherapy+postoperative
irradiation (B group) in non-small cell lung cancer patients. Through a
prospective randomized clinical trial, a total of 154 patients with non-small
cell lung carcinoma were divided into two groups of 77 cases. Among the 154
cases, there ... hiện toàn bộ
