Monte Carlo study of the equimolar mixture of hard spheres and spherocylindersCechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal - Tập 30 - Trang 121-127 - 1980
T. Boublík, I. Nezbeda
Using the Monte Carlo simulation technique the behaviour of the equimolar mixture of hard spheres and prolate spherocylinders of the length-to-breadth ratio equal to two was studied for the case in which both components had the same breadth. The surface-to-surface and the center-to-center correlation functions and the compressibility factor were computed and the results compared with theoretical p...... hiện toàn bộ
Semiempirical analysis of electron scattering cross sections in N2O and CO2Cechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal - Tập 54 - Trang C742-C746 - 2004

Results of swarm analysis of electron scattering cross sections in nitrous oxide and carbon dioxide are presented — experimental diffusion coefficients are compared with numerical solution of the Boltzmann equation. Total cross sections for both N2O and CO2 exhibit similar resonant, structure and diffusion and drift coefficients are also similar. However, our analysis shows that values of partial ...... hiện toàn bộ
Compact coaxial driver for small-size Z-pinchCechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal - Tập 45 - Trang 209-213 - 1995
J. Rauš, A. Krejčí
The presented one-capacitor pinch driver, designed as a compact coaxial structure (including spark-gap and discharge section) consistent with the capacitor output, generates a current of 200 kA with 700 ns quarter-period, suitable for studying the optimization of Z-pinch radiative characteristics. The driver is described, measurements of its parameters summarized, and relations to our previous and...... hiện toàn bộ
Quantized levitation by multiply-connected superconductorsCechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal - Tập 46 - Trang 2331-2332 - 1996
Stephen B. Haley, Herman J. Fink
A mesoscopic superconducting ring levitating a magnetic micro-sphere in a gravitational field exhibits two remarkable features: a) a small set of distinct, quantized, temperature dependent levitation and suspension states, b) a suppercurrent δ×H that differs from the quantum currentR(ψ*pψ). Quantized levitation, suspension, and trapped states exist when the micro-sphere is held in equilibrium by t...... hiện toàn bộ
On the representation theory of quantum Heisenberg group and algebraCechoslovackij fiziceskij zurnal - Tập 44 - Trang 1019-1027 - 1994

We show that the quantum Heisenberg groupH
