On the role of anti-bound states in the RPA description of the giant monopole resonanceActa Physica Hungarica - Tập 65 - Trang 305-313 - 1989
T. Vertse, P. Curutchet, R. J. Liotta, J. Bang
The limit of the applicability of the resonant random phase approximation method is tested by calculating escape widths in the giant monopole resonance of16O and comparing them to the results of a time dependent Hartree-Fock calculation. Though the widths of the narrows-wave component agree reasonably well, the broadp-wave component shows large disagreement, which cannot be cured by complementing ...... hiện toàn bộ
Comparative study of GaAs epitaxial layers grown by MOCVDActa Physica Hungarica - Tập 74 - Trang 227-233 - 1994
K. Somogyi
The main aim of this work is to compare some galvanomagnetic and electrical properties, and also photoluminescence spectra of undoped GaAs epitaxial layers grown on (100) GaAs substrates by gas phase epitaxy using organometallic Ga source (OMVPE or MOCVD technique). It is hoped that the mentioned properties can show specific differcences. Preliminary results are presented here. Low temperature (at...... hiện toàn bộ
Investigation of morphology and surface structure of small NaCl particlesActa Physica Hungarica - Tập 57 - Trang 285-293 - 1985
M. Rösler
The morphology and the surface structure of small NaCl particles, produced by gasevaporation-technique (GET), were investigated by means of the decoration method. It was shown how the size and the morphology of the particles from the inner zone of the convection flow depend on the temperature of the evaporation source and the gas pressure. Details of the surface structure of spherical, facetted sp...... hiện toàn bộ
The electrical conductivity and pyroelectrical properties of ferric acetylacetone single crystalActa Physica Hungarica - Tập 60 - Trang 107-112 - 1986
N. M. Molokhia
The dielectric constant, the electrical conductivity and the pyroelectric behaviour of ferric acetylacetone Fe(ac.ac)3 single crystal have been measured as a function of temperature from 20 to 140 °C. The measurements along theb-axis show a peak value in the dielectric constant at 82 °C, while no peaks were recorded along the other axes. This anomaly is described as due to a phase transition. On r...... hiện toàn bộ
A theory of massive photons and monopolesActa Physica Hungarica - Tập 67 - Trang 359-362 - 1990
G. Callegari, P. Fortini, D. Tartari
A unified theory of massive photons and monopoles is proposed and compared with the measurement of the magnetic field of the earth.
