Knowledge management has been around for many years now, but is its apparent longevity automatically representative of universal success? Charles Lucier, Chief Knowledge Officer at international management and technology consulting firm Booz‐Allen and Hamilton would argue not. He has suggested that up to 84 percent of all knowledge management programs fail.
