Độ tin cậy và tính hợp lệ của bảng hỏi về nhận thức của trẻ em ứng dụng ở trẻ em tại Brazil

Tóm tắt Đặt vấn đề Bảng hỏi về nhận thức của trẻ em (CPQ8–10 và CPQ11–14) là chỉ số liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống liên quan đến sức khỏe miệng của trẻ em. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá độ tin cậy và tính hợp lệ của CPQ8–10 và CPQ11–14 tự áp dụng ở trẻ em Brazil, sau khi đã được dịch và điều chỉnh văn hóa sang tiếng Bồ Đào Nha Brazil. Phương pháp Các học sinh đã được tuyển chọn từ các quần thể chung để thực hiện thử nghiệm trước (n = 80), đánh giá độ tin cậy (n = 210) và tính hợp lệ kiểm tra lại (n = 50). Họ cũng được kiểm tra về sâu răng, viêm nướu, fluorosis và sai lệch khớp cắn. Kết quả Các trẻ em có kinh nghiệm sâu răng lớn hơn trong bộ răng sữa có ảnh hưởng cao hơn đến các miền CPQ. Các bé gái có điểm số cao hơn cho các miền CPQ8–10 so với các bé trai. Điểm CPQ11–14 trung bình cao nhất là ở trẻ em 11 tuổi và thấp nhất ở trẻ em 14 tuổi. Tính hợp lệ cấu trúc được hỗ trợ bởi các mối liên hệ đáng kể giữa điểm số CPQ8–10 và CPQ11–14 với đánh giá tổng thể về sức khỏe miệng (r = 0.38, r = 0.43) và phúc lợi tổng thể (r = 0.39, r = 0.60), tương ứng. Alpha Cronbach là 0.95 cho cả hai bảng hỏi. Độ tin cậy kiểm tra lại của điểm CPQ8–10 và CPQ11–14 đều rất tốt (ICC = 0.96, ICC = 0.92). Kết luận Phiên bản tiếng Bồ Đào Nha Brazil của CPQ8–10 và CPQ11–14 có giá trị và độ tin cậy cho việc sử dụng trong dân số trẻ em Brazil, mặc dù tính hợp lệ phân biệt không đồng đều do các ảnh hưởng được trung gian bởi các yếu tố khác như các biến cá nhân, xã hội và môi trường.
