Trong nghiên cứu này, một phương pháp phân tích tự động đơn giản và nhanh chóng để xác định sulfur dioxide trong rượu vang bằng cách sử dụng máy phân tích tự động tuần tự đã được xác thực. Phương pháp này dựa trên phản ứng của sulfur dioxide với 5,5′-dithiobis-(axit 2-nitrobenzoic) trong môi trường kiềm, tiếp theo là phát hiện bằng quang phổ.
