Tóm tắt

Nền tảng Rối loạn tăng động giảm chú ý (ADHD) là một trong những rối loạn tâm thần phổ biến nhất ở trẻ em, thường kéo dài đến tuổi trưởng thành và tuổi già. Tuy nhiên, ADHD hiện đang bị thiếu chẩn đoán và điều trị ở nhiều nước châu Âu, dẫn đến tình trạng triệu chứng mãn tính và suy giảm do thiếu hoặc điều trị không hiệu quả, cũng như chi phí điều trị cao.

Phương pháp Mạng lưới ADHD ở người lớn Châu Âu và Phân đoạn Rối loạn Phát triển Thần kinh xuyên suốt Cuộc sống (NDAL) của Hiệp hội Tâm thần học Châu Âu (EPA), nhằm nâng cao nhận thức và kiến thức về ADHD ở người lớn trong và ngoài châu Âu. Bản Tuyên Bố Đồng Thuận Cập Nhật Châu Âu này hướng đến việc hỗ trợ các bác sĩ lâm sàng bằng những chứng cứ nghiên cứu và kinh nghiệm lâm sàng từ 63 chuyên gia của các nước châu Âu cũng như các quốc gia khác, nơi ADHD ở người lớn được công nhận và điều trị.
