Nhận thức của giảng viên đại học về các rào cản trong việc sử dụng công nghệ số: tầm quan trọng của chuyên ngành học

Các công nghệ số hiện nay là một trong những nguồn tài nguyên được học sinh sử dụng nhiều nhất để phát triển môi trường học tập cá nhân hóa. Tuy nhiên, các nghiên cứu gần đây tiếp tục chỉ ra sự thiếu hụt trong việc sử dụng chúng của đội ngũ giảng viên nhằm phát triển các phương pháp giảng dạy, đặc biệt là ở cấp đại học. Thông qua việc xác định các rào cản cá nhân, chuyên môn, tổ chức và ngữ cảnh, nghiên cứu này nhằm tiết lộ lý do tại sao các giảng viên tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học không sử dụng công nghệ số cho mục đích giảng dạy và liệu chuyên ngành học có ảnh hưởng đến nhận thức này hay không. Kết quả cho thấy các rào cản chuyên môn là phổ biến nhất và chuyên ngành nghệ thuật và nhân văn là nơi mà nhiều người cảm nhận thấy những trở ngại nhất. Cuối cùng, cần có phát triển nghề nghiệp tốt hơn cho giáo viên và sự tham gia nhiều hơn từ phía các tổ chức thông qua các kế hoạch chiến lược.
