Mô hình phát triển đại học và phân tích hiệu quả

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là đề xuất các giải pháp chiến lược cho sự phát triển và tăng trưởng của các trường đại học bằng cách thiết lập các mô hình phát triển đại học phản ánh thực tế của các trường đại học Hàn Quốc. Các mô hình này được xác định bởi các xu hướng cải cách cấu trúc trong nước và quốc tế đối với các trường đại học cũng như chính sách của chính phủ về chuyên môn hóa đại học. Để áp dụng hiệu quả các mô hình phát triển đại học này như là các hệ thống hiệu quả và hướng tới kết quả, chúng tôi đã áp dụng cách tiếp cận phân tích đối với các nguồn lực thiết yếu mà các trường đại học sở hữu. Chúng tôi đề xuất bốn mô hình phát triển nhấn mạnh vào khía cạnh giáo dục và nghiên cứu của các trường đại học. Bốn mô hình này là mô hình kiến thức đặc thù, mô hình kiến thức mở rộng, mô hình kiến thức học hỏi, và cuối cùng là mô hình kiến thức bổ sung. Phân tích sau đó về hiệu quả của sáu mươi trường đại học Hàn Quốc được sử dụng để xác minh tính hợp lệ của từng mô hình phát triển đã đề xuất.
