Các yếu tố tâm lý xã hội đóng một vai trò thiết yếu trong việc phục hồi sau những chấn thương chấn thương chỉnh hình cấp tính. Việc giải quyết các yếu tố tâm lý xã hội là một cơ hội quan trọng để ngăn ngừa tình trạng đau mãn tính và khuyết tật. Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là xác định những rào cản và yếu tố thúc đẩy việc triển khai chăm sóc tâm lý xã hội trong các cơ sở điều trị ngoại trú chấn thương chỉnh hình, sử dụng Khung Tổng hợp cho Nghiên cứu Triển khai (CFIR) và phân loại của Proctor về các kết quả triển khai, đồng thời cung cấp các chiến lược triển khai được rút ra từ dữ liệu định tính và bổ sung bởi các Khuyến nghị của Chuyên gia để Thực hiện Thay đổi.
Chúng tôi đã tiến hành các nhóm tập trung định tính trực tuyến qua video, phỏng vấn ra về và phỏng vấn cá nhân với các bên liên quan trong 3 cơ sở chấn thương cấp 1 đa dạng về địa lý (
