Đánh giá khả năng tiếp cận không gian của các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng tại thành phố Tây An, Trung Quốc dựa trên mô hình vùng bắt giữ nổi hai bước

Do sự gia tăng nhanh chóng số lượng người cao tuổi tại các thành phố Trung Quốc, việc phát triển và lập kế hoạch cho các cơ sở chăm sóc người cao tuổi, đặc biệt là các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng, sẽ dần trở thành lựa chọn chính cho người cao tuổi tại Trung Quốc đang trở thành một chủ đề quan trọng cho sự bền vững của đô thị. Các nghiên cứu trước đây đã chỉ ra rằng số lượng và quy mô của các cơ sở chăm sóc người cao tuổi ở nhiều thành phố còn rất thiếu so với nhu cầu của người cao tuổi, và tỷ lệ lấp đầy tổng thể thì thấp. Một số thành phố trong số đó vẫn đang mở rộng và một số đang trong quá trình cải tạo đô thị. Trong quá trình này, việc lập kế hoạch khoa học cho các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng nhằm thúc đẩy việc sử dụng hiệu quả tài nguyên cơ sở đã trở thành một vấn đề cấp bách cần được giải quyết. Trong nghiên cứu này, phương pháp vùng bắt giữ nổi hai bước (2SFCA) và một mô hình tiềm năng dựa trên Hệ thống Thông tin Địa lý (GIS) đã được sử dụng để thực hiện đánh giá khoa học về khả năng tiếp cận không gian của các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng ở quận Beilin của Tây An. Mục tiêu là khám phá các phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng tốt nhất để đánh giá phân phối khả năng tiếp cận không gian của các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng tại Tây An, cung cấp ý tưởng cho các nghiên cứu tương tự trong tương lai và nâng cao hiểu biết về phân bổ không gian tài nguyên của các cơ sở chăm sóc cộng đồng đô thị.
