Giải trình tự transcriptome của mô thân rễ của Sinopodophyllum hexandrum ở hai nhiệt độ

Sinopodophyllum hexandrum là một loại thảo dược có nguy cơ tuyệt chủng, thường được tìm thấy ở độ cao từ 2.400–4.500 m và nhạy cảm với nhiệt độ. Tác dụng dược tính của loài này được ghi nhận là do sự hiện diện của podophyllotoxin trong mô thân rễ. Nghiên cứu hiện tại phân tích transcriptome của mô thân rễ của S. hexandrum được tiếp xúc với 15°C và 25°C để hiểu những phản ứng phân tử chịu ảnh hưởng của nhiệt độ, bao gồm cả những phản ứng liên quan đến sinh tổng hợp podophyllotoxin. Giải trình tự sâu của transcriptome với độ phủ trung bình 88.34X đã thu được 60.089 chuỗi transcript đã lắp ráp, đại diện cho 20.387 gen duy nhất có tính tương đồng với các gen đã biết.
