Tóm tắtCác tế bào trình diện kháng nguyên thuộc dòng tủy (APCs), tế bào điều hòa và phân tử HLA-G có vai trò trong việc điều chỉnh các phản ứng miễn dịch và thúc đẩy sự dung nạp. APCs được biết là có khả năng kích thích các tế bào điều hòa và biểu hiện HLA-G cũng như 2 thụ thể của nó; các tế bào T điều hòa có thể biểu hiện và hoạt động thông qua HLA-G; và HLA-G đã trực tiếp tham gia vào việc sinh ra các tế bào điều hòa. Do đó, sự tương tác giữa HLA-G, APCs và các tế bào điều hòa có thể dễ dàng hình dung. Tuy nhiên, mặc dù có một khối lượng lớn bằng chứng về các đặc tính dung nạp của HLA-G, APCs và các tế bào điều hòa, nhưng ít điều được biết đến về cách thức các tác nhân dung nạp này phối hợp với nhau.
