Bài viết này khảo sát một mô hình tiết kiệm chỉ ra ảnh hưởng của sự tham gia công việc và cam kết nghề nghiệp đến động lực học tập và chuyển giao kiến thức, sử dụng mô hình phương trình cấu trúc. Mô hình "phù hợp nhất" đã đạt được vì nó vượt qua tất cả các chỉ số tốt nhất về sự phù hợp, bao gồm cả thống kê chi-bình phương. Kết quả cho thấy cam kết nghề nghiệp có mối liên hệ tích cực với động lực học tập và chuyển giao kiến thức. Ngoài ra, hiệu ứng kìm nén có thể giúp giải thích mối quan hệ không có ý nghĩa giữa sự tham gia công việc và động lực học tập, cũng như giữa sự tham gia công việc và chuyển giao kiến thức.
